Visiting Rules
WE ENCOURAGE VISITORS TO COME AND SEE THEIR
PUPPY THEY HAVE CHOSEN OR TO PICK A PUPPY FROM
THE LITTER IF ANY ARE AVAILABLE.

PUPPIES NEED TO BE 4 WEEKS OLD TO VISIT.

IF YOU CANNOT VISIT DUE TO DISTANCE OR WORK
SCHEDULES...WE WILL BE HAPPY TO EMAIL PICTURES OF
A PUPPY YOU WANT TO SEE SO YOU CAN VIEW
FULL SCREEN. IF YOU HAVE PLACED A DEPOSIT ON A
PUPPY I WILL EMAIL YOU THEIR WEEKLY PICTURES.

IF WE HAVE A DEPOSIT ON A PUP(S) FROM THE LITTER
YOU ARE VISITING WE WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO HANDLE
OR PLAY WITH THE PUPPY SOMEONE ELSE
HAS A DEPOSIT ON.

WE DO PRACTICE SOME SAFE TIPS FOR THE PROTECTION
OF OUR BABIES AND NURSING MOMS:

  • WE WILL ASK YOU TO LEAVE YOUR SHOES AT THE
DOOR INSIDE ON OUR RUG AND...

  • WE WILL ASK YOU TO WASH YOUR HANDS IN OUR
REST ROOM BEFORE HANDLING THE PUPPIES.

  • WE WILL ALSO ASK YOU TO PLEASE NOT VISIT
ANOTHER BREEDERS PLACE OR A PET STORE THAT
HAS ANIMALS BEFORE COMING TO OUR HOME.

  • WE WILL ALSO ASK THAT IF YOU HAVE PETS AT
HOME LIKE DOGS, CATS, OR BIRDS...TO PLEASE
COME IN CLEAN CLOTHES BEFORE LEAVING YOUR HOUSE.

Parvo can be carried on your shoes & clothing.

PARVO IS KILLER OF NEWBORNS AND OLDER
DACHSHUNDS...IT CAN KILL YOUR WHOLE LITTER OF
BABIES...VET EXPENSE CAN BE ENORMOUS...
IT CAN TAKE ONE TO TWO YEARS
TO GET IT ALL OUT OF YOUR HOME OR KENNEL.
IT IS A SCARY DISEASE.

WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR HELPING TO KEEP
EVERYONE SAFE AND PROTECTED.

We have visiting rules for a couple of important reasons:

1. To protect our newborns and pregnant mothers
from bringing in parvo, kennel cough, or any other
dangerous germs.

2. To keep our routine of daily dog care on schedule
like potty time, feeding, bathing or litter care.

---------------------------------------------------------------

FIRST WE LIKE YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
TIME TO VISIT SINCE YOU ARE COMING TO OUR HOME

Please try to be prompt, call if you are going to be late.

Try not to come too early as we may be outside doing
potty time and we would have to cut their exercise time short
if you are early. This has happened several times
and you have to wait outside till we bring everyone back in.

ALSO: WE DO ASK IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO
VISIT AND YOU ARE NOT FEELING GOOD OR ARE SICK
WITH A COLD, FEVER, VOMITING OR DIARRHEA, ECT.
TO PLEASE RE-SCHEDULE. I HAVE TO STAY WELL TO
TAKE CARE OF MY DOXIE CREW AND LITTLE BABIES.
